Recent data from the UK’s Higher Education Statistics Agency shows that the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) is having a significant impact on job prospects in traditionally high-demand fields, particularly for computer science and economics graduates. According to statistics, the proportion of computer science graduates securing jobs as coders or programmers has plummeted over the past year, from 40% to just 28%.
