Former district judge Giribala Singh, mother in law to Samarth Singh (Twisha's husband), faces the possibility of having her anticipatory bail cancelled, as well as a review of her position as president of the Bhopal district consumer commission.
The police have issued a third and final notice to Giribala Singh, asking her to record her statement.
