Double Standard Justice in Hyderabad's Fatal Crash The latest incident involving a high profile individual and a fatal road accident has left many wondering if justice will be served equally for everyone in India.
Last Sunday, Lingamaneni Sanjush, the 21 year old son of Rajya Sabha member Lingamaneni Ramesh from the Jana Sena Party, allegedly drove his Aston Martin into a pedestrian, killing her instantly.
Sanjush has been booked for rash and negligent driving but remains free pending further investigation.
