UK Expands E-Gate Access for Younger Children at Airports

E Gate Expansion: A New Era in Airport Screening for Young Children The UK has expanded its electronic gate (e Gate) access policy to accommodate younger children.

Effective immediately, parents or guardians traveling with minors under 12 can now use e Gates alongside their accompanied child, without the need for separate manual screening.

How the Expanded e Gate Policy Works Families will still be required to present valid travel documents, including a child pass or healthcare card.
